New hair sculpt.. The Prince of Crystal Kingdom

As I promised, I made some more custom for my 11cm Obitsu, this time also with face-up.

And what about NLC?! It's an initial for Noctis Lucis Caelum from you-know-what-the-game-is. Although the final game hasn't been released yet, -the demo has been- I love this concepts, project's progress and absolutely the characters. I will play it in the future, I hope.

Without more a-do let's take a look to the figure or doll.

After trial and error, some broken part, making new sculpt, I managed to finish this..

And here some basic face-up, also my first trial. Fortunately, it's work out.



Next I will get some clothes for this guy. My college friend could sew so I asked her to make them. And she agreed.

Obitsu 11 Hair Sculpt Test

Recently I took 11cm doll from Obitsu. I planned to make some custom.

I don't know how to sew, so I made the hair first. I don't like (yet..) realistic hair style so I used some clay. The rests like clothes and acc will follow after (I'll find some way).

Here are some steps in case you want to do it for yourself..



First I make some base.

Add some extra layer and texture. Put some curve whatever you want.

Don't forget to add some volume for the side.

Remove some excess. You can use modelling knife or cutter. Just really careful when do this.

 Give some paint.

Finally finish it with top coat

Put into body.. Voila! Let's get some clothes for this guy

Next time I'll make some hair of my favorite character, i.e. NLC.. Curious? Stay tune guys.
