The Order from Midgard

One day I talked to my friend who play Dota, we discuss about the heroes, etc. When he knew that I can make some figure, without further chattering he order some character from Dota 2.

After exchanged opinions, we decided to make Naix for him. Yes, Naix aka Life Stealer.

Here are some first step..

I make some basic sculpt like this.. 

I use epoxy clay for my work, it's really handy.. with some sculpt tool of course.
Put some more clay and more carve..

Put some bottom teeth..

 A little this and *whisper* that, and voila..

This is still prototype. I'm still working some painting for this monster. I'll let you know when he finish.

The Journey

On my first post I talked about my fondness of little-tiny scale figures and decided to open my own shop.

Yepp, my business is already running. But.. Instead of painting that tiny figure, I got various orders to make some accessories for many figure lines, especially 1/12 scale figure (figma, etc.).

Here are some of it..

I have so much fun doing these. Some was easy, some not-that-easy, but.. yeah.. I learn by doing and make some cash.

Ohh, almost forgot, I also make some piece-of-diorama for "Marvel Universe" line figure. This time is for Spider-man. Take a look..

I really like to make this type of diorama. A piece of ground, accessories and figure itself. It capture some moment for that figure, giving the character some story and "timeline"

In the future I plan to make more of this type of diorama.

The Revolution..

Hello everyone, long time since I posted here. How are you guys? I hope fine and fun.

Do you know, recently I wondering about the development of toys nowadays. It has a tremendous revolution, both in terms of design and articulation. Also of course, they become more realistic.

When I surfing I found this..

Amazing isn't it?! This is from Tamashi Nation. They have made move to the next level. Now with this new articulation, the figure can make pose almost like real. Can't wait to see more revolutions from toys business!!!
